Passionate about gastronomy, his career begins at the foot of the world’s most famous castle, Neuschwanstein, with a position in premier establishments such as the Brenners Parkhotel in Baden Baden and the Marriott Hotel in Munich. Today, he puts his life and soul into his role as CEO, but is also happy to get his hands dirty whenever necessary.
